Escrow

An escrow is a set of valuables, assets of different types that are deposited or are in the position of a neutral third party entity, which is called an escrow agent. This set of assets are to be delivered to one of the two sides involved in a signed agreement upon the fulfillment of certain condition as they are stipulated.
