Evaluator

An evaluator, also referred to as an appraiser, is a professional that is qualified to asses the value of certain items. In the insurance business appraisers are used to evaluate the worth of a specific asset. In the U.S. and U.K. a specific judicial or quasi-judicial authority mandates appraisers.
