Incontestability Clause

This is a type of clause that is used in life insurance policies. Basically it prevents the insurance company from revoking coverage because of alleged erroneous statement of the insured. This clause takes effect after a fixed period, usually two years, and does not exclude investigation on fraudulent claims and criminal prosecution.
