Signature Guarantee

A signature guarantee is form of additional authentication issued by banks for signatures. This authentication takes the form of a stamp or a seal and can also be issued by a stock exchange member or a recognized guarantor. Signature guarantees are required usually when financial assets such as securities change owners.
